Motion: to approve April 18, 2023, regular meeting minutes as presented.

Motion: to approve all claims as presented by the Auditor’s office.

Play >> Jesse Wilkerson of Jesse J. Wilkerson and Associates, LLC, presented two (2) proposal for feasibility study of current jail property to the Commissioners.

Motion: to take proposals under advisement until next scheduled meeting to allow the County Attorney to review the same. 

Play >> Ken de la Bastide, Herald Bulletin, poses questions.

Play >> President Richwine indicated he had received a quote for the purchase of a portable sink for Coroner’s office and then read into the record a portion of a letter (attached hereto) to be sent by the  Commissioners and County Administrator to the Coroner relating to the resolution of IOSHA Safety Report dated April 24, 2023. 

Motion: to approve quote for purchase of portable sink as presented.

Play >> Jeff Graham, County Attorney, presents to the Commissioners a report and his decision concerning an appeal of denial of poor relief assistance by the Anderson Township Trustee.

Motion: to approve Hearing Officer’s Decision issued April 26, 2023.
