Comments by Council President reminder to Department Heads and Office Holders about timing of requests for transfers and new money requests at November Council meeting and budget process. 

 

 Play >>  Gavin Hulett, a Senior at Anderson High School, was invited to podium to speak to the Council.  He requested to be allowed to serve an internship at the Madison County Coroner’s office.   Mr. Hulett was thanked for his appearance and participation in meeting and advised that he would need to come before the County Commissioner with his request. 

 

 Play >>  Madison County Auditor, Rick Gardner, presents report to Council as to General, Public Safety Fund, LIT Correction Fund and Rainy Day Fund balances, and possibility of setting up subcategories for payment of costs associated with capital criminal case within Rainy Day Fund, so those costs can be paid by interest earned on Rainy Day Fund.
