Motion Passed.  President Richwine abstained from vote.

Play >>  Jessica Bastin, County Engineer, presents proposed letters of support to INDOT proposed conceptual plans for two (2) roundabouts in Madison County.

Motion: to approve letters of support of INDOT concept roundabouts.

 Motion: to approve letter of support of INDOT roundabout at State Road 13 and County Road 300 South.

Motion Passed.  Commissioner Gaskill voted against.

Play >>  Fred Reese, Councilman and Madison County Resident, raises concerns about engagement group and team members

Play >>  Alice Flowers, Madison County Resident, makes statement about Indiana Constitution.

Motion: to continue changes Madison County ARPA Plan to next meeting

Play >>  Linda L. Johnson and John W. Longnaker, III, Guardian Advocates, introduce themselves and their organization and request financial support in sum of $5,000.00 from Madison County for 2023, and indicate they will appear at Council meeting in November to make such request.

Motion: in support of Guardian Advocates and their request for funding if funding is available through County Council.
