Motion: to accept the September 6, 2022 minutes of regular meeting with addition of fact that Commissioner Gaskill voted no with regards to ReMax contract.

Motion: to approve claim numbers 206650 – 206793, all payroll and all discretionary claims.

Play >>  Jerry Alexander, representing Elwood Redevelopment Commission, requests property tax cancellation with regard to a parcel owned by them in amount of $74.80 and make sure they are not charged taxes on parcel in the future.

Motion: to allow petition for cancelation of property taxes in sum of $74.80.
