Also Present: Madison County Auditor Rick Gardner and Madison County Chief Deputy Auditor Todd Culp and County Attorney Jeff Graham

Motion: to adopt Resolution 2021-BC-R-09 by title only, a Resolution that the Board of County Commissioners to opt out of the opioid settlement to Indiana Code 4-6-15-2
