Also Present: Madison County Auditor Rick Gardner and County Attorney Jeff Graham

Play >>  Motion: to pass Ordinance 2021-BC-O-7, Ordinance Establishing Weight Limits In and Around Various Areas in Unincorporated Madison County.

Seconded: Darlene Likens
Kelly Gaskill requests that the ordinance include an exempt for utility service providers and school buses.
President Richwine rescinds his motion on Ordinance 2021-BC-O-7.

Play >> Motion: to adopt Ordinance 2021-BC-O-7 as presented and as amended by adding to section 1 agricultural traffic, which already exists, school buses, and utility service provider traffic and adding item number 4 which contains the verbiage that the County Engineer is hereby authorized to issue a written waiver to the weight limits described herein at their discretion.
