Stephenie Grimes, County Health Department, approaches the Board about moving their vaccination clinic to 222 East 10th Street in Anderson. Only the vaccination clinic will be moved. She said they were getting 400-500 doses a week which was manageable, but now they are getting 2,000 doses a week and parking is horrible. She says that social distancing is not possible in the tiny entry way. She says that with the new building it will be easier for people to get in and out of and there is an option for a loved one to drop off and pick up at the door. The entrance area is bigger than what they have now. They will be putting up banners that say Vaccination Clinic across the street. They are offering the new space to the Health Department at no charge. They are looking to move on February 23rd, 2021. One condition is that the Health Department provide security for their clinic times. APD has offered to assist.

Motion: that John Richwine be allowed to enter into an agreement with Mustin Builders with terms that are substantially similar to the agreement that has been presented to us today on behalf of Madison County for the Health Department to be able to move into their building across the street for vaccination purposes and that there be one change, another article be added to the agreement where Mustin would like us to provide security for the Health Department that enforces the fact that we will put onsite security there for our personnel
