Also Present: County Administrator Dan Dykes, County Attorney Jeff Graham, and County Auditor Rick Gardner

Attorney Jeff Graham tells the Board of Commissioners that there are 7 to 10 cases that are open in litigation. He says that if they chose to do so they can vote to replace Bose, McKinney, & Evans and says that John Hughes already has the paperwork drafted to make this change.

Motion: all outstanding cases be moved over to Mr. Graham and his law firm
