Todd Culp indicates updates had been made to the agenda: Purdue Extension Impact presentation by Jessica Scholer will be moved to March meeting inasmuch as Jessica is ill; and new money requests for Sheriff/Jail have been withdrawn by the Sheriff.

Auditor Culp then presents Auditor’s report to the Council.

Vice President Norrick brings old business of search for new legal counsel before the Council for discussion.
