Jeff Graham, County Attorney, presented to the Commissioners his draft of a Sound Ordinance concerning excessive noise. Motion: to formally introduce Ordinance 2025-BC-O-01, an Ordinance Amending the Madison County Code for the purpose of controlling unwanted and excessive noise, amended so as to clarify the word “jitney” on Section 2(c) and add “agricultural equipment” to the exemptions listed in Section 3, which amended Ordinance shall be set for public hearing at the next scheduled meeting of the Commissioners to be held on January 21, 2025.
