Planning Director Larry Strange and County Attorney Graham present, as requested, written Ordinance 2024-BC-O-18, approved by the Commissioners at their last meeting, being a text amendment to the Madison County Zoning Ordinance to add architectural standards for residential development in subdivisions and attached structures in unincorporated Madison County, Indiana to the Commissioners for their consideration. County Attorney Graham indicates no action, other than signature on the Ordinance needs to occur, inasmuch as the Ordinance was previously approved by the Commissioners. The Commissioners sign the Ordinance to memorialize its approval. | |
