Jenny Chambers, Central Dispatch Director, and Jim Cleaver, Public Safety Radio Administrator, request the Commissioners to approve a proposed contract with AT&T. President Richwine indicates that the Emergency Management Director has requested that his request for approval of the Madison County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan be continued to the next meeting of the Commissioners. Jessica Bastin, County Engineer, indicates four of the students from The Crossing School have successfully completed the work based program with the County Highway Department. DeAndre Coleman, County Engineering Technician, individually recognized each of the students:
