Madison County Rick Gardner shares facts and figures with the Council members. He presents a cash flow spreadsheet for 2021. General Fund is at $6.914 million. LIT revenue is expected to be down 15% - 20%. $220,000 in tax sale revenue not claimed after 3 years and leftover Longevity is expected to be transferred from the General Fund to the Rainy Day Fund with a pending Resolution, in addition to $500,000 for a total of $720,000. The Rainy Day Fund currently has $336,000 and adding the transfer by Resolution of $720,000 and with an additional of 9 months of revenue at $100,000 per month, the Rainy Day Fund would be at $1,956,364 at the end of the year.
